Suggested quantities for 6 tacos.

• 6 flour tortillas or AZTECA wraps
• ½ cup mayonnaise
• ¼ cup thick sauce
• 3 cups sliced lettuce
• 2 small cans drained and flaked tuna chunks
• 1 cup defrosted frozen sweetcorn
• ¼ tsp black pepper

HOW TO PREPARE:

Take the tortillas out of the fridge and put them aside.

In a medium sized bowl mix the mayonnaise, sauce, pepper, tuna and sweetcorn. Gently mix until the ingredients are evenly distributed.

To serve, heat the tortillas following the pack instructions. Spread approximately ½ cup of sliced lettuce over each tortilla. Spoon over the tuna mixture. Fold into an envelope or roll the tortilla to cover the stuffing. Serve immediately.
