Traditional AZTECA tacos

Warm up our delicious chile con carne sauce in a frying pan over a medium heat for 3 minutes. Then heat the tortillas as indicated on the packet, fill them with the chile con carne, add the cheese sauce to taste and roll them up.

AZTECA Quesadillas

Heat the tortilla in a frying pan or on a griddle. Fill half the tortilla with the ham and grated cheese. Fold the tortilla over and press it down. Continue to heat it until the cheese melts. Serve the quesadillas garnished with a little chopped onion and tomato and a few spoonfuls of AZTECA guacamole sauce.

Chicken Taquitos

Put the chicken cubes, the pepper grains, the garlic and a teaspoonful of salt in a frying pan. Add the water and bring to the boil. Lower the heat and simmer, covered, until the chicken is tender. Let it cool and then shred the chicken into strands.

Mix the coriander with the chopped onion and season with salt. Add the chicken. Place a large spoonful of the mixture in the center of each tortilla, roll each one up and secure with 2 toothpicks. Heat half an inch of oil in a frying pan, dip the tacos in it and fry until golden. Remove the toothpicks and serve with guacamole or ranchera sauce.
